Where do the garments come from?
All Evoe Australia products are made here in Australia at our Perth based factory.

How do I make sure I order the right size?
We want to ensure that all your purchases fit and look great. For help with choosing the best fit, please refer to our Size Guide which you can find on any product page.
Can I track my order?
Yes we use Australia Post, once your order is dispatched, you can track it at anytime via http://auspost.com.au/track/.
On the day your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email which will include your tracking number.
How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
If there is a problem with your Evoe Australia online order, please contact us straightaway with your contact details and we will follow up as soon as possible.
Please include as much detail as possible and your order number so we can investigate promptly.
When will I receive my order?
Within Australia, delivery will take approximately 3-5 business days. For regional areas, please allow up to 7-10 business days.
For International Orders, delivery will take approximately 3 -10 business days.
Please note that parcels may also need to be processed through international customs, to enter your selected country.
We advise you to allow for this possible delay and any extra customs taxes or duties that may be incurred.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
If you believe your garment has a fault, please email our customer service team at customerservice@evoeaustralia.com. Upon receiving your request we will handle this with high priority to arrange the best possible course of action for you!
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel or change your order in the system. However, once you have received your goods you can return them. For full details please see our returns policy.

Evoe Australia headquarters is located in Perth, Western Australia.
Cost of my return?
Please note that the cost to return items to our returns team is at the customer's expense.
My garment has a fault?
Please email us at customerservice@evoeaustralia.com with a copy of your receipt and our team will assist in assessing your garment. Please note if your item has been worn, it must be washed prior to assessment.
What are the shipping options?
Australian (local)
Standard shipping is free for all online orders. Free express shipping over $75.00 (after any discounts have been applied).
International
Please note that our shipping does not cover any international customs duties or sales taxes that may be payable upon delivery.
How long does it take to process my return?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once received by our returns team. Please note due to current carrier delays, your parcel may take longer than expected to arrive back to us!
What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
